There will a Joint Hearing on the Calfilornia DVBE program on June 18 in @ 1:30 pm in Room 3191 of the State Capitol in Sacramento. This may prove to be the best opportunity dvbes have had to dialogue with the legislature since its enacted the DVBE program in 1989. Alldvbes are encouraged to attend.
